How It Works?

How does it work?  Each player is awarded a playing card based on their skill level to represent them for the day.  The cards are shuffled and dealt out, creating teams for each game. After each game the winning team punches a hole in their individual cards.  Then the cards are reshuffled and dealt, to make new teams (Co-ed 5 vs 5) for a total of five 45 minute games.  The male with the most hole punches is named King of the Shuffle, the female with the most hole punches is named Queen of the Shuffle.  It is suggested that individuals identify themselves as their assigned card (which will be posted on the website).  This could simply involve putting something creative on or by just grabbing an old T-shirt, and "marking" it up. This tournament is a great way to meet new people every time the cards are dealt!

The Joker Point!  Oh yes, the Joker!! The coordinator of the tournament will be the Joker for the Day.  Before each game you will receive an envelope with instructions on how you can score a Joker Point.  A Joker Point is earned by successfully scoring a point while performing an assigned task.  For example, your team may have to score a point by ONLY walking down the field. You will have the opportunity to score a Joker Point once a total of 5 cumulative points have been scored between both teams.  At this point teams will open their envelope to see what they have to complete to earn their Joker Point.  Just be ready for anything to happen!!!
