6 vs 6 Soccer Leagues - Suggested Skill Level
Recreational Division - This division is a mix of people who have played before as well as for players who have never played before. Most importantly the team is looking for a fun night out with friends.
Intermediate Division - This division is for the more intermediate to competitive level players/teams who are looking for a faster moving team game. Players should be fairly confident/comfortable with all aspects of soccer: shooting, dribbling, passing, strategy and rules. Most importantly the team is looking for a fun night out with friends.
Register as a Team
In order to Register as a Team, the team captain must complete a Registration Form, and send the form and payment to Perpetual Motion. All team members must complete a Waiver form and bring it to the first game. Captains must collect all waivers and give them to the field convener PRIOR to the start of the game.
Register as an Individual
In order to Register as an Individual, an Individual Registration and Waiver form must be completed and sent with payment to Perpetual Motion. We will place you on a team, however, team placement is not guaranteed and subject to available space. Typically it has never been a problem finding players teams. This is a great way of meeting new people.
Faxes of waivers are not acceptable. For those unable to
download, we can fax copies of either form. Please send an email to:
info@perpetualmotion.org
Please make cheques payable to Perpetual Motion and send payment and form to:
