About Guelph Flag Football

Guelph Flag Football began it's first season in the Fall of 2004 with 9 teams, now 28 teams play in the Spring Season of 2012.  All leagues are co-ed and self refereed.  The league plays 5 vs 5 Coed, with a minimum of 2 males and 2 females on the field at all times.  It is recommended that each team have 9 to 10 players.  The 2012 season will play it's Spring and Summer games on Tuesday nights from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, playing two 40 minute games a night at various fields in Guelph.  The Fall league will be played Sunday mornings at 10am at Guelph Lake Sports fields, Bailey Park and Centennial High School.  There will also be a Beaver Bowl Flag Football Tournament, on Saturday October 20th, 2012 for anyone wanting to join in on the fun.  So get ready for a fun filled year of flag Football.
