Spring League Registration is now open

 Spring League Registration - Opens February 1st, and Closes Friday, April 27th, 2012

2012 Season Update

  • Spring League      - Tuesday nights, 6:30pm to 8:30pm

                                 May 8th to June 26th, 2012

    Summer League   - Tuesday nights, 6:30pm to 8:30pm

                                 July 3rd to Aug 21st, 2012

    Fall League          - Sunday Mornings, 10:00am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 3pm

                                 August 26th to October 28th, 2012, (no games September 2nd or October 7th)

    Team Structure    -  Minimum of 2 males and 2 females on the field

                              - It is recommended that each team have 9 to 10 players

                              - Teams can register for $400*/teams per league

                              -  Individuals can register for $45*/person per league

    Registration Deadlines           

    - Spring League - Opens February 1st, and Closes Friday, April 27th, 2012

    - Summer League - Opens Monday May 21st and Closes Friday, June 22nd, 2012

    - Fall League - Opens Monday July 21st and Closes Friday, August 17th, 2012

    * = includes H.S.T.

Registration is now open, just go to the Registration page, fill out the electronic form and mail it in with a cheque.

All players must sign one waiver per year.  Captains please give waivers to the conveners.

Just a reminder there is Social and free food at Frank & Stiens, the Ranch and The Albion Hotel after the game.  Hope to see you there...

Beaver Bowl Tournament is scheduled for Saturday October 20th, 2012 at Centennial High School.   Make sure you sign up early as this tournament has a limited number of teams.  To register click on Beaver Bowl Tournament.

The city will make a decision by 3pm if the fields are closed for tonight.

Games are played rain or shine (but no lightning), cancelled games are not rescheduled. Always show to the game even if it's raining as the weather can change very quickly. At the start of the game the captains are to make the decision if the games are to be cancelled. If lightning cancels any game the rest of the games are canceled for the night.

 

LIGHTNING POLICY:   If thunder is heard within 30 seconds of seeing lightning, games will be postponed.   All participants must leave the playing area and seek shelter in a building or an automobile.  Never stand under trees, in an open field or under an umbrella.  Games will resume 15 minutes after the thunder and lightning have moved away.   If thunder and lightning are still present 15 minutes after, the game will be cancelled and the score counts as it was when the game was stopped.  Halfway point of the game must be reached (20 minutes) in order for the game to count towards the league standings.
